I have been passionate about cooking since the age of eleven, when one day I was struck by the unshakeable desire to prepare the tomato sauce that only my older brother, Giulio, was able to make. After that, I began to cook with the aim of improving and adding to my skills. Today, with eighteen years’ catering experience, I’m finally able to say that I have achieved that very goal that I set myself years ago: to have no limits in the creation of my ideas. Sustained by my passion for cooking, I am continually searching for perfection and trying to resolve any doubts arising in my path toward the interpretation of the culinary art.
Encouraged by Raoul towards the creation of breads and pastries, I immediately realised that this was the branch of cooking that was perfect for me. As time went on I was drawn deeper into this world, and not a day went by without an oven full of trays of biscuits, cakes or traditional breads. After years of study and growing interest I feel able to communicate my knowledge in a simple way that is clear and enjoyable for everyone. I will present only the recipes I consider worthy of your time and which I personally believe are indispensable for those who, like me, strive to attain a good level of knowledge in the field of baking.
